Sandy Point with Ai-Yi

Melissa Ai-Yi really wanted to go to the beach with the girls so we headed back to Sandy Point again. (Okay, okay, it was really me who wanted to back to the beach because Kayla had so much fun last time.) We learned our lesson from last month and dressed Kayla in her one-piece. George had to wrestle it on her since it was so snug around her belly! Can you see how much her potbelly sticks out??

Kayla got really brave going into the water and schlepped back and forth bringing water for her sand "castle." I use the term "castle" very loosely since most times, it was just a big hole in the sand. But she seemed to get a lot of satisfaction from dumping 2 drops of water from her shovel into the hole.

Jocelyn seemed to have fun too. No better luck with dipping her feet in the water, though. She still cried whenever she felt the cold sand on her feet. Joce did take a nice little nap in Daddy's arms. She loves to hug your arm when she falls asleep.

On the way home, Jocelyn was in a happy mood. Ai-Yi caught some cute shots.

Kayla had fun meowing like a cat. I have no idea why. You can tell how exhausted she is by the end of this video!
