Kayla is 19 months old!

Okay so we're slackers and never got around to taking a photo of Kayla with an "I'm 19 months old today" sign on December 5th. This living room project has taken over all our evenings! Kayla got sick at day care yesterday afternoon, so Mommy stayed home with Kayla this morning and Daddy got the afternoon shift. (Day care rules state that children have to be free of vomit, diarrhea and fever for 24 hours before returning to the day care.) So even though Kayla was totally fine yesterday evening and all day today, she got a day to hang out at home! She had lots of fun with Piggy and fed Piggy lots of Cheerios and milk.

Kayla also finally decided to perform for the camera. She does a pretty good job with her animal sounds! Too bad we didn't start teaching her "gobble gobble" in time for Thanksgiving.


And lastly, Kayla has a shoe fetish. She LOVES LOVES LOVES shoes! She loves to try them on even if they are 50 times too big for her feet and on backwards!

    yay i love all of the videos!! she is very funny when she does her lion sound, and the duck squeal. hahhaa. you should pretend it's dec. 5th and make her a sign anyway!!!
