Beach

We took Kayla to the beach for the first time on Saturday. Sandy Point State Park in Maryland is located just before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, so it was only an hour drive. Perfect timing before Kayla got too fussy in the car. She had a blast walking and playing in the sand. She wasn't too crazy about standing in the water and letting the waves crash by her feet. I think her favorite part was sitting in the big green beach chair (forcing either her Mommy or Daddy to sit on the beach towels)! Overall it was a great first experience at the beach - we hope she will enjoy it more next summer when she's older!
