The home improvement projects are never-ending. The house will never ever really be "done" because there will always be some sort of project going on. This week, we need to finish painting the living room. We haven't gotten to painting the upstairs or kitchen yet. We still need to order window shades (luckily we have very few neighbors who have moved into our building). We also have boxes of laminate wood floor sitting in our kitchen. In a couple of weeks, we will make a trip to Ikea to pick up our new kitchen cabinets. I have no idea how in the world we'll have space for everything! George and I will probably be eating Chinese takeout for 2 months while we redo the whole kitchen!
